Looking with a New Perspective

Im trying to see things with a new light. I felt like I lost myself for the longest time and now I have to revamp my current situation. That goes with my art as well. I have found a new love in drawing faces. I have also started using multiple referencing when atempting new pics instead of using the standard standing pose or drawing what I think is correct. Another change is that I have start to work on a larger or smaller scale than normal. So far I have had some great results and with time hope to get them posted.

Heyy, you do some amazing work. I'm from the MN forum btw. You do some awesome Magi-Nation work, its really refreshing to see artwork akin to the original style (the whole anime direction MN has taken makes me want to puke; its not that anime is bad... its just nothing compared to the original style).

Anyways I'm going to go lurk your gallery now.

Thanks for the post and the fav. I agree. Really miss the old style of MND and I am not a big fan of the shows art. Really miss the game though.

I used photo shop CS2 and 2 other underneath cards. From there I remove text form one card by using the clone tool. I used the other card to clone from. Then using blank layers I removed the picture from the card I was working on with the eraser but make sure the hardness is all the way down. From there it was a matter of finding similar text and thinking up powers.
